New York State Grade A Maple Syrup
Our syrup is heated at 180-200 degrees and filtered 12 times through natural paper. This helps eliminate “syrup sand” and boosts clarity. Our Grade A syrup is delicious on pancakes and waffles, but is light-bodied enough to be used as a common simple syrup in the kitchen.
