Catskill Provisions is the perfect venue for your next event. Its' warm industrial atmosphere makes for a desired destination spot in the heart of the western Catskills. The Tasting Room provides many options for hosting your event. Our bar is separated from the main dining room by sliding oak barn doors and features an area with high-back leather chairs, a family-style table, and a cozy banquette overlooking the patio. There is private access to the patio from the bar that can be incorporated for your enjoyment in warm weather. This room is perfect for corporate meetings, intimate family gatherings, bridal shower, or rehearsal dinner; accommodating 10-25 guests.

Our Tasting Room boasts high ceilings with exposed wood and iron beams revealing the rich history of the building as the Callicoon Fire House for over 70 years.

The Tasting Room lighting, polished cement floors rustic charm lends to the inviting atmosphere. The Tasting Room can accommodate 30-75 guests comfortably. Weather permitting, the large bay door can be open and attendees can mingle on the turf-covered patio with small oak barrels and Adirondack chairs.

Catskill Provisions offers an extensive menu options specializing in modern French Bistro fare, incorporating creations made from locally sourced food. Tastings are available upon request for all events and customized to suit your needs.

Catskill Distillery is a woman-owned business since 2010. It is one of only a handful of distilleries in the world where the woman is the head distiller and owner.
